About the Role

Join our Legal & Compliance team to ensure our operations meet all regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring compliance, maintaining documentation, and supporting legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with residential tenancy laws and regulations
  • Maintain compliance documentation and records
  • Support Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) filings and hearings
  • Review lease agreements for regulatory compliance
  • Conduct compliance audits and reporting
  • Provide compliance training to staff

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Ontario Residential Tenancies Act
  • Experience in compliance or legal administration preferred
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Eligible to work in Canada
