About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery to property owners and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate property maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
  • Process lease applications and conduct tenant screenings
  • Maintain accurate records in property management software
  • Respond to landlord and tenant inquiries promptly
  • Assist with rent collection and financial reporting
  • Support property inspections and move-in/move-out processes

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in property management or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Eligible to work in Canada
