About the Role

Join our Customer Service team as a Tenant Relations Specialist, where you'll be the primary point of contact for tenants across our portfolio. Your role is essential in maintaining positive relationships and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle tenant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve tenant concerns and escalate issues as needed
  • Process maintenance requests and follow up on resolutions
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures
  • Maintain tenant files and documentation
  • Support lease renewal processes

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or tenant relations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Multilingual abilities are an asset
  • Eligible to work in Canada
